Delivery from the warehouse in Lviv is carried out daily.

Delivery of pre-orders from Germany takes 1-2 weeks.

We have no quantity restrictions for delivery. We deliver even one bobbin!

The standard delivery condition is "to the warehouse" of the postal service of your city, unless other conditions have been agreed with us ("to the door", at our expense, etc.). Individual delivery conditions are specified in the contract.

PAYMENT

You can pay for products through one of the banks according to the previously received Invoice from LLC "Rudholm Ukraine Ltd" in the following ways:

By paying the invoice online in Privat 24 (instructions below);

At Privatbank cash desks and branches (commission is paid by us);

Through branches of other banks;

At Nova Poshta branches upon receipt of goods (available only after the first order), where the PrivatBank system operates

Instructions for payment via the Internet in Privat 24 (for Privatbank clients):

  1. Log in to the system https://www.privat24.ua;
  2. In the "All services" section, select the "Ukraine" payment option;
  3. Fill in all the specified fields (Recipient: LLC Rudholm Ukraine Ltd, Recipient account number: UA723052990000026000031005055);
  4. Check the box "Recipient's account is opened in CB "PRIVATBANK", after which the fields "EDRPOU Code" and "MFI" are filled in automatically);
  5. In the "Payment comment" field, the following text MUST be indicated: "Payment for goods according to invoice No. (invoice number) dated (invoice date);
  6. In the "Amount" field, the FULL invoice amount is indicated (it is in the invoice "Total with VAT"). Do not round the invoice amounts! For example, if the invoice amount is 123.45 UAH, the field should also indicate the amount 123.45 UAH with a dot).

If payment by the client is made in any other bank during the business day (from 9:00 to 16:30), funds are credited to the current account of LLC Rudholm Ukraine Ltd on the current business day (from 9:00 to 18:30). When paying through Privatbank (Privat24, cash desks, terminals), funds are credited within 24 hours.
